Its pretty obvious Zinjin are nervous when they tried to get all 3 matters put into 1 case so that they can delay longer and longer, they are WORRIED they are going to lose the 1st one next week and that will discredit everything they are doing from there on, theres no other reason why they would want all 3 put into 1 case if they were so confident and all this wasnt just delaying us out of money then they would just take on the 1st case and win it, but they know they will LOSE.
