I suspect the Chinese have Felix in their back pocket and he is fully engaged in the ‘brown paper bag’ gathering, like a squirrel .. and it looks like the Chinese/Felix are happy to delay in the hope that AVZ run out of money and disappear .. sad situation .. hopefully, these looming arbitration cases change the dynamic but if Felix doesn’t want AVZ then I fear we could be f#£%ed .. bloody hope not ..
