Sadly for us all it will be a lot longer than days for this to resolve.

Even if we challenge the jurisdiction of the the ICC that will take months to resolve. If it goes to the merits of the dispute it would be impressive if this is resolved in the next 6-9 months.

Presumably there must be some arbitration agreement between the parties, or at least between Jin Cheng and Dathcom or Dathomir. But if it isn't with AVZ directly, I presume we'd have to submit to the ICCs jurisdiction for it to continue (normally arbitral tribunals only have jurisdiction if there is a arbitration agreement where the parties have submitted any claim or future claims to the arbitral tribunal in question).

A lot of unknowns. The company really needs to update the market on what has happened, when in the DRC in terms of the reported earlier arbitrations, whether the company has instructed lawyers, etc. Pretty unimpressed that this has been bubbling away for so long without the company updating the market. Even today, to say the announcement is not price sensitive seems like a complete misread.
