It seems to me at the end of all this AVZ will be at a minority 36% with the CCP holding majority at 44%, and DRC retaining 10%. And the FIRB has nothing to do with it since the ownership dispute is over the unlisted holding company - Dath-whatever - and not the Manono asset or AVZ. The arbitration could drag on for years and suck up a lot of funds.
Do some research in to Sundance Resources and Indiana Resources. Sundance is still in arbitration with the Republic of Congo for $8.8 billion compo, Indiana is still trying to get $200 million out of Tanzania. Africa's been a graveyard for Westerners and Western companies for centuries and its fair to say we've suffered so much loss there for so little gain. Africa is a thankless task and the Chinese imperialists now think they can move in.
