So AVZ would be on solid ground stating they still retain first option on the 15% Cominiere equity and that’s why Zijin requesting arbitration external to DRC because they haven’t got the result they wanted inside DRC legal system. I doubt AVZ will agree to arbitration because they have no dealings with Zijin on which to arbitrate.
