GLTA long term holders, the ball appears to be all over the court. At least the umpires should see some sanity here as the outcome looks clearly obvious. That last serve was well out as far as most of the educated observers are concerned.

Global firm DLA Piper acted in the past for AVZ in relation securing the CATH investment agreement

However that doesn't necessarily mean they will be advising AVZ in the current matters before the company

I suspect it would at least give DLA Piper a leg up having prior knowledge of some of the arrangments etc
