Ann: Arbitration request, page-371

The announcement regards the receipt of request for arbitration, and that they are considering the request.
I read this as they have not agreed to the arbitration...

It also makes mention:

As previously disclosed to ASX on 4 May 2021, any purported transfer of the 15%
interest to Jin Cheng would be a material breach of the pre-emptive rights contained
in the existing Dathcom Shareholders Agreement, invalid and of no force or effect.

Can anyone find this 4th may 2021 disclosure? I have looked and cannot see anything for that date.
