Here is my ameture take on this mess.

Zijing trying to legitimise the 15% stake in this back door dealings and bringing it to arbitration.

Any fake documents and dodgy dealing out on the table will basically trying to turn a legimitate deal.

Cominerie will side properly with Zijing as they getting cut in the deal on a personal level. (someone is getting a benefit from it in the deal going through)

DRC would be force its hand to take a side given the arbitration would question its original stance of Zijing claim

In local jurisdiction.

Its gonna be a hard fight imo

Anyway my 2 cents on it.
