We all know what the position of AVZ will be but what side of the table will Cominiere will be? I suspect they will side with Zijin. If this is the case, Nigel should be asking the DRC to push the ML through urgently. This will trigger the 10% from Cominiere to the DRC. Then when it comes to arbitration it will be AVZi & DRC gov VS Zjin alone (since Cominere allegedly sold its 15%). Having the DRC Gov at the table will make a difference. This could also flip Cominiere over to AVZi & DRC Gov side as they seem dodgy and wont be able to resist being paid twice for the same 15%?

AVZ comes out of suspension on the 20 th May the 30 day limit for ML to expire 18th May .
So good chance that formal ML approved on 75 % legal title.
