The only agreement in place is the Dathcom JV Shareholders Agreement. Zinging aren’t party to that agreement and there are provisions in the agreement that do not allow any party to conduct transactions until certain conditions are satisfied. Very simple to understand these conditions have not been met and the directors of Cominiere acted illegally in cahoots with a Govt Minister. DRC Govt now investigating these persons for criminal undertakings and also the Govt have made instructions that so called rulings from tribunal hearings are set aside pending the outcome of these investigations. AVZ 75% is solid.
