My 2c is the OG Dathcom boys had it all figured out until 2018 when mboyo got elected and eckhof got out and now NF get on drc battery council with tshisikedi and firb blocked the avz takeover(not entirely but made it less convenient)

The current misunderstanding between zijin and avz suggests that the Dathomir boys have kept both nf and zijin out of the loop.

Zijin isnt a new player or opponent to avz at least not the original avz.

AVZ had srk consulting assess manono, srk exec bin zhiguo (aka bin guo) was Sen consultant at srk.

Bin also had a slice of avz thru Bellamel(now delisted) which is owned by Norton Goldfields which is owned by zijin.

He used to be gm/ceo of Norton and gm of zijin.
Bin zhiguo is also in lithium plus, avz top20 holder

It's possible that nf was never the real captain or that he changed his vision when mboyo got elected or when the new president came into power, either way he's in too deep.
