Poster is noting the difference in tone in this article on Zijin website re their Lithium acquistions, as opposed to their previous article a few days ago claiming that they acquired 15% of Manono project from Cominiere, which also stated that AVZ would end up with 36% post CATH deal.
It is speculation that their confidence in the 15% stake may not be the same as it was a when posting previous article. Poster is suggesting the statement sounds more in-line with their exploration rights at periphery of Manono mine, as opposed to their claimed stake in Dathcom's project which would be worthy of mention. But then again 'engaged in joint-exploration' could technically still apply to Manono project in pre-ML and construction phase.
