    But do formal legal proceedings in a sovereign court take precedence over an international arbitration for which the international arbitrator has no legal authority to generate an outcome which demonstrates a direct conflict with contractual law within said sovereign state?

    I believe the sovereign state has the full and final say on all outcomes as to definition and application of laws within their jurisdiction.
