I wonder if AVZ could rework the CATH deal to be 9% + the options on the extra 15% (which they would then reimburse or credit the cost to CATH of executing them - whatever that figure ends up being).
Effectively, CATH still get 24% but its now two Chinese company's arbitrating against each other, which the CCP can lean very very heavily on and say cut the &(%# get this going because we want that lithium.
