    As Putin tightens the noose around Ukraine, the export of grains into the world market is constrained causing prices to soar. This will particularly impact the poorer people in Africa. Do you honestly think they will be wanting to mine lithium for Western controlled companies intent on pushing some man made climate change scam when they are starving?
