The 90% isn't surprising but the 85% is as this means that AVZ will get probably just 10% from the potential 15% Cominiere stake what finally raise the questions of
1.) who will get the remaining 5% stake? (AVZ 121 presentation didn't mentioned any 85% case (61% AVZ + 24% CATH)
- DRC (5% + 10%)
- remains to Cominiere
- unknown (JinCheng) 4th party

2.) and why does AVZ not getting the full 15% Cominiere stake when applied for?

On the other hand, Nigel has indirectly confirmed that the CATH deal is going through.
