I am not a law expert. I hope that we can find a lawyer to fight for us.
As far as I know, that 15% option is very complicated and we may lose.
The lucky thing is that our 75% is very solid without any disputes and is well-protected by law.
That's why I post here to caution: do not feel surprised or do not panic sell if the outcome is not consistent with what we believe, because 51% is still very good.
