Well that's just the point really:
1) AVZ acquired its share holding in Dathcom in 2017, a time of great corruption during the last administration;
2) Current government has been going back through all the dealings with mining companies during the last administration;
3) Despite what shareholders have been repeating here for a week & 1/2, AVZ is NOT suspended pending news on grant of the mining licence to Dathcom;
4) AVZ is suspended pending news "... regarding its mining and exploration RIGHTS for the Manono ... project", ie AVZ's rights within the Dathcom holding company.
Why is it having to clarify its EXPLORATION rights which are nothing to do with the mining licence, and why does it take 2 weeks?
