Sounds like the fraudsters want a second go at finding a sympathiser. If they had real facts and data they would go to a real court not bodies (internal and external) trying to seek to "convince" the DRC gov.

I think the ICC have power to issue binding decisions, not just an advisory body to the domicile government. Maybe somebody here has experience. Contact Mark Birrell AM for an Australian perspective.
