The rampers are avoiding the obvious question.
If this is a done for the remaining 15% then the ML would be awarded. But it has not been awarded and the decision on the 15% is yet to play out.
It is easy to woffle on with baseless arguments, but the truth is that the DRC have not made a final decision on the 15%
AVZ are in the hot seat to do the deal..
