Just want make shout out to Nigel Ferguson . Lets not be "considering arbitration " if as you have

said via your interview you are "100% sure " AVZ holds 75% control and has first right of refusal

over the gov's 15% . You are absolutely certain Zijin have no claim . So what's the point in arbitration?

You will just be sitting down with a bunch of impostors /frauds . Their claims are untrue and devious .

Do not "consider arbitration " with something that obviously has no legal standing . There is no reason

for it and a waste of AVZ's time and money . Tell them that as they have no claim what so ever just to p1ss

off . As they truly have no rights or claim they will naturally take it upon themselves to remove themselves

from this situation . Very simple . If they are in the wrong give them not one once of AVZ's concern . IMO

Arbitration to settle a one sided dispute AVZ/Dathcom have no obligation to even turn up because the court has no jurisdiction ? if you have a claim in a country make it there where it carries the most weight , this is really grubby now It's no longer a case of bad business but an attack on one's character id be putting a defamation law suit forward in a court mind you against this bloke and the entity he represents!
