what a saga! I almost can't believe this post. No doubt there will be appeals against the decision or claims that the arbitrator has no jurisdiction and who knows the likelihood of the compensation ever being repaid.
But... this seems like REALLY GOOD news.
hopefully the project can take off and we can start talking about off take agreements instead of people taking off with the company!
