Well I would not think so.
A ML would not be issued to anyone in the midst of a legal battle of ownership. It makes no sense. DRC issue a ML to AVZ for AVZ to lose the court case and then the DRC govt would have to start from scratch reissuing a new ML relevant to who the owners of the project.
ICC proceedings to be wrapped up at a minimum Sept 24. Absolutely no reason why that estimate could not blow out either.
The next hurdle is will the ASX allow AVZ to remain in suspension for another 18 months? Again, I would not think so. Management may wait for the lithium sector to turn around and run a bit hot and then bite the bullet and re-list.
