Just to let you know, I have owned shares of AVZ for over 3 years. I still think AVZ will come out on top of these disputes, but to think that the ML will/can be released before the disputes are settled is ridiculous. If that was the case, we would have already have a ML. What would the DRC be waiting for? They are the ones that said they wanted the parties to work things out. DRC president could nip this in the bud very quickly by telling them to release the ML but he hasn't. Maybe the government is trying to save face getting the parties to work it out rather than admitting that DRC government corruption is the cause of all the issues. I just don't understand why they will not release the ML because it is costing them millions of dollars a day being idle. Just my thoughts.
