IMO a plan "B" it would be related to what's happens if they didn't get funding and that would have to be a very cunning plan indeed.

IMO nothing could be planned around the PE result as the outcome and timing was simply unknown, however if the PE outcome had come in earlier , a favourable outcome could have made the makeup of plan "A" considerably different, and it still might..

The bottom line is FAR has to be able to show it can front up with cash when its needed regardless of PE.

Have to agree “just variations “, and tweaking!
Notwithstanding, from the date of the final submissions everyone would have been “fine tuning “ and looking at possible scenarios.
Serious game of poker going on that is for sure!
Standing back, it is a sad state of affairs!
Some say that’s, “just business “.
But Indeed the “elephant “, in the room has not been missed.
