I doubt he would have turned up at WPL head office unlike CN turning up at COP's front door in Houston unannounced DB and have the door slammed shut.
He would have been invited.
Besides that FAR's finance is still not locked in except for the massive dilution that shareholders are yet to approve.
Maybe you have inside information though in regard to that...

More likely to see the grand plan of development for himself before FID announcement.
You know, the announcement of FID before the arbitration result that you say cannot happen....
