IMO it's got nothing to do with if far could buy it or not it's that fact they didn't have all the info they needed to make a decision and more so If they didn't have a chance in hell of being able to come up with the funds why did COP and WPL seem to hide the details of the deal if there is nothing to worry about.

I think FAR had a backer (no idea who it could be)

I think COP and WPL had some dodgy deal (the statement of the government finding disturbing facts)

I think if the case was B.S it would of been thrown out in the pre hearing by the ICC.

I think all the pressure put on FAR and all the stuff Cole was spewing out has landed Cole in a lot of trouble with the court and thats why his gone silent?

lastly I think we can pretty much guess where this is going with FAR seemingly to of been the one releasing all the information to the market first.

All IMO I couldn't care if we win or lose as long as we know where we stand and the market sees that and responds as it should
