Bit of an overreaction there Mate. The ruling expected is in before 28 December as was advised by the company/ICC but as outlined above, it has to effectively be ratified before the decision is outlined to the parties involved.
Like your good self I'm sure, I'm totally sick and tired of this PE debate but finally, the end is in sight. Let's pray for a good outcome for FAR!
