I think we are all as qualifies on this thread as each other on PE , eg, non of us have a fu.king idea.
so saying that me, I was expecting an final award with a potential delay in any comments supporting that.
being a half full FAR shareholder my thinking is this is past the eleventh hour and this my be a cunning plan by the ICC to allow a window for the parties to make an new omelet as they will be fully aware of the challenges of winding back current positions.
good to get an update and ok timeline given the usual length of these things.
on other matters FAR had to go with the dates it did as can you imagine any investor( including Gav I think based on today's announcement )signing up to the share raise if they could be kicked out
