I don’t think that people are unaware that it isn’t a “done deal”.
But there is a plan.
And I would like to think a “plan B”, as well.

I wonder as has been suggested that “plan A” was based on the “award” being released prior to the ICC meetings.
It seems that the “award”, (deducing), “ just “, missed the December meeting and perhaps surprised FAR and has thrown their timing out.

I am wondering if there could be changes to the “plan”, given the new timing.
Still feel that there is perhaps a link between CNE’s silence and FAR’s “award”?
Just throwing around ideas as we wait for the next instalment!
