With respect to the above would it be correct that CNE doesn’t want to announce as atm FAR could PE 100% of CNE’s sale?
Tend not to agree, WPL too cheap, but who knows how badly they want it?

At this point in time, at least, if I was a CNE shareholder I would be pissed that CNE is not party to the arbitration.
And the possible arbitrage opportunity or compensation.
But who knows what went on between CNE, WPL and COP.
