Yes Kimbo fully understood that but two points to focus on:

1. we still await FAR's cost and yes I agree likley to exceed the original $1M and am sure things will be booked to other items, but we did not have any updates on this from FAR and so how much can they go over without major issue of non disclosure. They will have been aware of legal fees as they went along and staed they woudl update the SH
2. at least we only need to consider FAR legal cost, remember we had WPL potential significant cost hanging over us that at this time could have been highly damaging given our limited cash position.

Totally understand you comments but on the balance its a better result than most where anticipating and may indicate/more likely hope at this stage !!!!! a change in the relationship between the JV parties. Then again given FARs track record that's a hard one to push with CN still in position.
