That is quite significant as if FAR had to foot WPL's legal costs that would have caused serious cashflow problems.
Maybe the two parties have kissed and made up and who knows maybe a deal is imminent with WPL where they farm into a bit more of FAR's holding and FAR then get a free holiday on some of the development funding.
At this point in time that sort of deal is about the best FAR can expect so I would recommend taking it if it is offered.
This is a positive announcement.
