As explained to you previously, WPL/FAR is a complete different case to Zijin/AVZ.

In reality, Woodside Petroleum Limited acquired ConocoPhillips Senegal for $430,000,000.
ConocoPhillips Senegal was the owner of 35% of SNE.

If Cominiere would have been smart, they could have structured the Dathcom holding (they wanted to dispose of at a later stage) in a separate company, prior to forming the JV agreement between AVZ, Dathomir and Cominiere and bypassed the PE rights, however this was not done.
That is why the only similarity there exists between both cases is that they are both before the ICC.


If WPL (now WDS) would have acquired 35% of SNE in the same way as Zijin bought its 15% of Dathcom, WPL would have lost the case.

And we haven't mentioned yet the strange manoeuvring by Cominiere were money went missing in 'snacks, etc', after having a Dathcom board meeting with the major 75% (or 60%) shareholder missing.
