Its largely irrelevant but WPL bought the shares in COP Senegal BV and by buying the shares walked around pe rights.
My point is arbitration will drag on for years not months or weeks. Anyone who thinks different needs to look it up.
I'm not here to down ramp but to maybe open some eye's on what arbitration will mean win or lose.
FID in Senegal was delayed by 2 years waiting for the arbitration outcome.
The big question no one seems to be able to answer or won't, who pays for the 15% whilst its in dispute?
Can they FID whilst the 15% is in dispute?
