We shall see if its different. Problem is IF Jin can get this to arbitration it MAY not be about winning. It could simply be a tactic to crash the AVZ share price so they can hostile t/o at a much lower price. Don't underestimate how shady Chinese companies/government can be. The worlds largest lithium deposit by a country mile will not be surrendered easily by Jin of that you can be certain. I won't post here again. Good luck to AVZ and its share holders.
