Doesn't make sense to me at all, why go to arbitration if the DRC is on our side supposedly and there body has staed so, if the government can't sort this out then this opens up a bigger can of worms to me, obviously they are talking to lawyers who know more than me, maybe there is something they have left out of the announcement which they can't talk about, the DRC government really is a bunch of monkeys
