You cannot have the Mining Minister sign a mining decree without majority ownership. It is in the DRC mining code! That is why what the Boatman has written is D.E.F.A.M.A.T.O.R.Y. AVZ has majority ownership!







Regarding the Zijin claim. They have NO legal leg to stand on as the IGF, the DRC'S governmental watchdog found they acted I.L.L.E.G.A.L.L.Y. with Cominiere.(something Boatman also failed to tell you )

Remember the recent announcement-PRESS HERE is just AVZ's response to arbitration(a legal letter) and does not necessarily mean AVZ will go to arbitration, and if it does it will go with the strong weight of legal evidence(AVZ's and the IGF ruling) and I would bet London to a brick on AVZ would win, and remember, there is still room and time for the DRC government to take action itself in this matter.(no arbitration necessary) Also remember that AVZ is still in advanced discussions to obtain that extra 15% from the government-PRESS HERE, so I would think this is still possible as Zijin's claims have been proven illegal and have no legal standing, and according to AVZ's legal team Zijin's claims are invalid and have no force or affect!








Also remember any so called documents, often redacted and out of context should be treated with the utmost skepticism(unverifed and do they exist???) come from Simon Cong who works for Zijin which are being used by Boatman, unlike AVZ's official ASX announcements which are L.E.G.A.L.L.Y. S.U.B.S.T.A.N.T.I.A.T.E.D. as obtained through legal agreements and share certificates.




As for Boatman they have form and should be sued for the BS they have spewed to social media to feed shorters!
