I agree it's a far better structured/presented/professional (still negative outcome) announcement than MANY of their previous.
I found myself actually believing what they are saying now with regard to the revised La Dem approach, where the previous updates in this regard just made me feel like they were buying time...
Once anyone of you 'sophisticated investor' players hear about the raise details, I would be very interested to hear.
