The latest top 20 holders are increasingly Chinese but is a nice mix of big end of town and high net worth individuals who would not invest that kind of money without seeing funding through.
Perhaps there are a few options available and management are weighing their options whilst maintaining their influence.
The only break on the professionally valued SP predictions of at least 10c is I would say the final funding announcement.
All other parameters are either announced or in the pipeline.
I guess money makes money.
