sebelco they wanted a time limit for them to decide where UI needed longer and exclusivity due to them wanting 51 % of product but as it turns out 71% off all our litium is sold so they cant get 51% but obviously they could buy the remaining and or buy a stake in the company, everything moving along nicely there a big fish
next was afrexbank??,,they are putting g up the 50% off funds and we are basically waiting to see if ul will be putting in the rest,,he went into more detail of there Hope's and stuff but to hard to write here
lastly we talked about money as in keeping the doors open,he said they go for small cr's as to not dilute to much as management hold 16% of shares and they dont want dilution for shareholders
it was a 15 minute conversation so obviou
sly hard to write,but in summing up I get the impression if they land U/1 its game on but if they dont they have a plan B
