This doesn't say where the announcement was made, it's just a bunch of screenshots. Maybe you're referring to this:

It doesn't mention anything about being at room temperature, so perhaps you may just be misunderstanding or let me know if I am, but it seems to me that today's price sensitive announcement has not been previously disclosed or published. If it has, then it would have been highly illegal for Archer to respond that there is no reason why the share price was surging that they're aware of.
