I think you are incorrect in saying, "The announcement suggests it's the same time as supercooled coherence" as I'm sure ARCHER is aware of the following facts-

The current record for coherence time in a quantum computing system is held by Atom Computing, with a value of 40 seconds. This was achieved using neutral atoms trapped in an optical lattice. The coherence time is a measure of how long a qubit can hold its quantum state before it is decohered by the environment. Other companies that have achieved long coherence times include Google, which has reported a value of 30 seconds for superconducting qubits, and IBM, which has reported a value of 12 milliseconds for trapped ions.

With that said, these facts do not devalue ARCHER's achievement, they simple advise as to what has been achieved with super cooling.
