You've asked "is it fluff"? Fluff is a subjective term, presumably you mean to infer that it's a useless announcement designed to pump share price. Well you have the DOI above, I'll let you decide for yourself whether you personally feel that it is fluff. If you think Archer announcements are fluff, then either you're not understanding them and feel that they're deliberately making themselves sound like techno-boffins in order to sell and pump the publicly traded shares, or you do understand them but don't believe the technologies they're developing have much in the way of commercial value now or even in years from now. Out of interest, presumably you think it's fluff or are somewhat concerned enough to feel that it is such that you've asked. Which way do you feel like it's fluff, because you feel the developments are not actually of commercial value?
