What is the difference between bipolar and BiCMOS?BiCMOS combines the strengths of two different process technologies into a single chip: Bipolar transistors offer high speed and gain, which are critical for high-frequency analog sections, whereas CMOS technology excels for constructing simple, low-power logic gates.
Just a random observation. TSMC are producing 3nM chips. Revenue for January through February 2024 totaled NT$397.43 billion.
