I imagine there was no requirement under listing rule 3.1 as she was an employee and not part of senior management structure and also deemed not to have a material effect on share price.
I think it's sad she left as she is quite talented, but she hadn't been there that long and I think it's obvious now they are in a very good place to accelerate the A1 Bio-chip.
