It is particularly humorous to think that zoominfo is so accurate that Archer Materials must be trading without due diligence to announce particular market note-worthy events, because the new alleged CEO has taken other executives to court for not behaving ethically, so, I can't imagine he'd allow himself to have been appointed as CEO and then not ensure the company makes the market announcement.
All I had stated about is "if it is true", he'd be great. But, it's 99% likely that it's not true. And if it's true, it hasn't been reported to the market, so, this might actually indicate some other issue which is probably not good, and won't be well received by the market if it is found that we haven't been kept in the loop that a new CEO was appointed to a publicly traded company.
I'm going to call it - may there be no more talk about data from zoominfo without fact checking!!!! haha
