I would worry too much Nimbus24 .... Take a look at last time they did a cap raise... almost exactly the same giving updates they were closing soon and they ended up oversubscribed. If they raise less .. then great but I think they will have a successful SPP.. as long as they get enough to see through till midyear when they sale comes through of Leigh creek .. less shares and dilution for the rest of us. I did participate anyway so have only increased my holdings, but I'm comfortable with the risk.
Agreement to participate and chair an entire session in next years Quantum Conference shows alot of confidence in their chip build.
