2015 – Quantum Logic Gate – Engineers at the University of New South Wales successfully built a Quantum Logic Gate using two qubits into silicon. Logic gates are the main idea behind computational theory, allowing qubits to be utilised for computation, paving the way for commercial applications.[91]
