I see this as a huge boost to the value of what Archtis is and the value of their platform. If you had a business that was generating much more revenue than another business who is looking to take you over, but you believe that their revenue stream will one day totally eclipse yours, you'd want stock, not cash. I see it as a huge sign of confidence in the Archtis business and that these guys, CEO and investors, all the huge upside. They want in!
